A branded residence is a residential property available for purchase on the open market that is affiliated, usually by design and servicing, to a well-known brand. In Vontsira’s case this brand is always an international hotel operator. Owners of branded residences are offered the opportunity to rent out their own properties as part of the hotel’s itinerary.
Brand association instils buyer confidence through the assurance of a high level of service and usually an exceptional amenity offer.
In 2019, Vontsira procured financing of $180m to acquire and redevelop an International Airport plus three regional airports in a very well-known Caribbean location. Due to the commercial sensitivities and ongoing agreements being completed with the local government, we’re unable to reveal further details at this stage.
The overall value of the project is $360m and will see the addition of new terminals, hotels and administration buildings plus general apron development.
